The Nike Air Foamposite One is a key sneaker status item, with just about every colorway in serious demand and the most coveted pairs carrying grail status and commensurate resale prices.  Channeling that luxurious image is this new ‘Imperial Foamposite’ by Revive Customs, a design inspired by the Russian Jeweler Peter Carl Fabregé and his famed bedazzled eggs.  Revive added crystals to the waves on a ‘Sport Blue’ Air Foamposite One, then added additional details to the tongue and heel to complete the look.  Click in for a closer view and let us know how this ‘Imperial’ pair compares to the best custom Foamposites we’ve seen here on Sneaker News.

adidas js bear breaking bad customs Jeremy Scott x adidas Bad BeAr by Revive Customs

At this point we’re assuming that everyone out there has seen Breaking Bad and it’s OK to talk about spoilers and such. Which is why we’re going to show you this insane take on the Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Bear from Revive Customs. The approach sees the inside of both shoes seared, with the bear’s eye removed to mimic that recurring image from the show’s second season (Which of course was a foreshadowing for the eventual demise of Gus Fring). Continue reading to see the rest of the images on this creative Breaking Bad pair of sneakers from Revive Customs and let us know in the comments if you like the work.

Nike KD 6 “Serato” by Revive Customs

nike kd 6 serato Nike KD 6 Serato by Revive Customs

Remember when Revive Customs gave us the New Balance 1200 “Technics” custom as an homage to that classic DJ tool? He’s followed that up with a sequel that gets its colorway from a more modern disc jockeying device. The KD 6 is spotted here with a “Serato” look, complete with some sound waves that jump across the side of the sneakers. The uninitiated might be quick to call it a “Yeezy” one based on the palette, but we assure that wasn’t the intended theme. That is, unless Revive is alluding to the necessity of Yeezy in one’s Serato. See more below and then get in touch with Revive Customs with any inquiries.

revive customs jacks lament 900x668 Jacks Lament Sneaker by Revive Customs

There are a ton of custom sneaker creators out there painting pairs with their own themes and patterns. Some of them even rebuild the shoes from square one using luxury materials. But we’re pretty sure not too many are whipping up their own Frankenstein style designs. Revive Customs has done just that with the Jack’s Lament design shown here which gets its name from the protagonist in Tim Burton’s “Nightmare before Christmas”. The shoe features checkered canvas, bison leather, a neoprene sock liner, and more. Continue reading to see the shoes and tell us in the comments if you like what Revive did with this one.

nyan cat sneakers air max 95 Nike Air Max 95 Nyan Cat by Revive Customs

Is this the first time that meme culture and custom sneaker culture have cross-pollinated? Unless you can point us to a “Troll Face” pair of Jordans than we’d say so. The sneaker in question is the Nike Air Max 95, and the meme in question is Nyan Cat. As it turns out, the wavy lines of the AM95 make for a perfect canvas with which to interpret the titular cat’s exploding rainbow trail. Stay with us after the break for this pair from the like of Revive Customs and then tell us down in the comments if these Nyan Cat sneakers aren’t one of the most creative customs we’ve seen in a while.

No matter how colorful the Air Jordan V gets this year, it just can’t match the kind of creations coming out of the custom scene. Case in point is the Air Jordan 5 “Rocket Science” shown here. The pair, created by Revive Customs, was commissioned by rapper Flo Rida, who presumably resides in a weather proof climate where you can get away with this type of footwear year-round. See the color-blasted remix of the OG “Fire Red” combination for Mike’s fifth below and then give us a heads up in the comments if you approve of this custom pair of Jordans.

We’ve gotta hand it to Revive Customs for being one of the only guys out there in the custom sneakers scene that’s currently working with the Cole Haan LunarGrand silhouette, that sneaker friendly wingtip from the now dissociated Nike subsidiary. This time around he’s given the silhouette a sunburst style paint job, one made to mimic the look of classic blues guitars (You’ll see a side by side comparison after the click). Get the complete photos to see his handiwork and then get in touch with Revive if you need a customs pair LunarGrands for yourself.
