This past Friday night at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, NJ was home to a one-night hip-hop extravaganza as Lil’ Wayne headlined an amazing group of performers throughout the night. Lloyd, Rick Ross, Far East Movement, and Keri Hilson took part in Lil Wayne’s concert, and throughout the nights events, we noticed that both Rick Ross and Lloyd wore the Air Jordan III Retro – Rick Ross in the White/Cement and Lloyd in the ‘True Blue’. It’s often that we see Rick Ross in Air Jordans, but R&B artist Lloyd hasn’t been on a Sneaker News Celebrity Feet feature since last October! Check out both artists after the jump and let us know whose AJ3s worked better with the respective outfits!

Reebok’s latest marketing push comes in form of a video, featuring Reebok Lifestyle collaborator, noted celeb-sneakerhead Rick Ross, and signature athlete John Wall. The three were spotted rocking some sweet Reebok gear for the shoot – Swizz Beatz in Reebok Twilight Zones, Rick Ross in the Omni Pump in Black/Gold, and John Wall in the re-designed Kamikaze. It’s interesting to note that Rick Ross would be part of the promo when it wasn’t even a year ago when he was featured in the Nike ‘BOOM’ advertisement. Also spotted at the shoot was Maybach Music member Meek Mill, who wore Black/Orange Kamikazes. Check out the images from the Reebok Back video shoot below and let us know what you think.

The New Meadowlands Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ was filled to the brim with today’s hottest and most relevant hip-hop celebrities, who performed at the annual HOT 97 concert event. All the headlining names brought out some sick heat, like Wale’s Nike Air Foamposite Pro ‘Retro’ and Nike Air Max LeBron VII ‘HWC’ PE, Fabolous’ Air Jordan III ‘Flip’, Wiz Khalifa’s Air Jordan VI Infrared, and many, many more. Swizz Beatz showed up wearing a new White/Red/Black colorway of his Reebok Kamikaze, but it was also interesting to note that Rick Ross, who has been consistent with his Nike/Jordan game, wore a pair of the Kamikazes as well. There were plenty of other great sneaker sightings, like the Air Jordan IV ‘Laser’ and ‘Cool Grey’, the Air Jordan III ‘True Blue’, and Air Jordan 1 ‘BMP’, so take a nice look at all the celebs from the HOT 97 Summer Jam 2011 and let us know who rocked the best kicks!

Rick Ross showed off some of his ‘Boom’ when he wore the Air Jordan XIII Retro in the ‘Playoffs’ colorway during Monday night’s anticlimactic Heat vs. Cavaliers game in Miami. Rick Ross was situated at courtside, sitting next to P. Diddy and a whole line of folks eager to see LeBron take down his former team for the third time this season. From the pre-season, the script surely had been flipped, as a once defensive LeBron James yesterday stated that he wishes only the best for the Cavaliers players and especially the fans, but still, no olive branch extended for Cavs owner Dan Gilbert just yet. Check out Rick Ross and his Jordans after the jump and let us know what you think! via NBA.

The Washington D.C. leg of the Heineken Inspire Tour was held a day before Christmas in the Nation’s Capital at Love Nightclub and featured D.C.’s own, Wale, as well as Rick Ross, The Clipse, Erykah Badu, and more. Considering this was somewhat of a homecoming for Wale you had to figure that the sneakerhead had to bring out some heat and what better pair to rock than the new Nike ACG Air Max Bakin’ Posite in Cranberry. Rick Ross performed songs off of his latest album, Teflon Don, while wearing a pair of the Louis Vuitton “Checkerboard” Tower sneakers that he also rocked at the Powerhouse 2010 Concert. Pusha T and Malice better known as The Clipse were seen wearing a pair of Air Force 1′s and Duckboots respectively. Check out more photos from the Heineken Inspire 2010 Washington D.C. event after the jump…

Drake, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, Bobby Valentino, Lloyd, and Ne-Yo were all a part of the Power 99 FM 2010 Powerhouse Concert in Philadelphia that was held at the Wells Fargo Center over the weekend. Drizzy showed more of his Jordan closet with his pair of Air Jordan IX’s in the OG White, Black, and Varsity Red that Chris Brown was also seen wearing just a few weeks ago. Rick Ross on the other hand showed up wearing a pair of the recently released Louis Vuitton Black Checkerboard Tower high top sneakers that will set you back a cool $700+. As for the rest of the artists who performed, their sneaker game wasn’t comparable to Drizzy and Ross’. Take a look at some of the performances from the concert after the jump…

Sunday is considered the “holiest” day by by American football fans across the nation and during yesterday’s Week 3 festivities, Nike unveiled its new ‘BOOM’ ad campaign that featured a number of celebrities and Nike athletes, most notably Bo Jackson, Tim Tebow, and hip-hop artist Rick Ross. These new short vids emphasize those Boom-worthy moments – a posterizing slam dunk, a vicious open-field tackle, a mean left-hook, an iced-out talking chain of yourself – with the stars acting as spectators to these wondrous events. Did you catch ‘em yesterday? Check out all three after the jump and let us know which Nike ‘BOOM’ ad is your favorite.

Rick Ross and a number of other hip-hop stars attended the 2010 BMI Urban Music Awards at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood, California this past weekend. The Teflon Don rocked a pair of the Air Jordan VI Retro’s in Black and Infared at the event only a few days after Outkast’s Big Boi wore a similar pair at a concert in New York. When it comes to Air Jordan’s it’s safe to say that Ricky Rozay is definitely one of the bigger fans in the rap industry having been seen wearing a variety of Jordan’s over the years – you might say he’s a bit crazed about ‘em (remember that pictures of him pointing a gun to his head and pair of Motorsports VIs?). Let us know who you think has more Air Jordan’s after the jump…
