NBA Feet: Around The League 1/25 1/26

Closing out this week in NBA action is a variety of new kicks that you don’t want to miss! We already showed you Rip Hamilton’s White/Cement IVs yesterday, but he actually ‘flipped’ to the ‘Black Flip’ for the second half of the game. Mario Chalmers also wore the Air Jordan XIX, following his XVII sighting not long ago. The Clippers bounced back from the Wednesday night’s loss by beating the Grizzlies, as Chris Paul sported a new Powder Blue/Red PE colorway of the Jordan CP3.V. On the other side, Rudy Gay wore his own Hardwood Classic PE colorway of the Nike Zoom Hyperenforcer. Jordan Brand athletes Joe Johnson and Gerald Wallace broke out some kicks from last year, with JJ rocking the Prime 5 and Gerald wearing the Phase 23 Hoops. Check out all the NBA action from the last two nights after the jump and let us know what you think! via ESPN.

NBA Feet: Weekend Recap 1/13 1/16

While most of the sports world was focused on the NFL Divisional Playoff games over the weekend, there were still a number of headlines made by the NBA. Kobe Bryant continued his streak of 40-point games while wearing the Nike Zoom Kobe VII, and Monta Ellis strengthened his campaign as this year’s Gilbert Arenas as he was spotted rocking the Air Jordan XI ‘Space Jam’. Teammate and fellow sneakerhead Nate Robinson rotated the Air Jordan XIII ‘Playoffs’ and Nike Air Max2 CB ’94. Ray Allen rocked the Air Jordan XIII ‘Ray Allen PE’ against the Bulls, Rudy Gay and Andre Iguodala sported the Nike Zoom Hyperenforcer (releasing this February), and Timofey Mosgov of the Nuggets shined in the Nike Zoom Huarache 2K4. In the PE corner, Lamarcus Aldridge rocked Silver/Black/Red Air Max Hyperdunk 2011s, LeBron broke out the red/black PE, and Chris Paul showed off a new Clipper-centric CP3.V Check out all the NBA action below and stick with us for more NBA Feet coverage! via Yahoo!.

Rudy Gay, Drama & Nike Mag 2011 Welcome the NBA Back

To go the entire month of November without NBA games was tough for a lot of NBA fans, leaving some to cope in unique ways to help numb the pain of a basketball-less month. How did Rudy Gay kill his extra off-season time? By dunking on 25-foot rims and playing around with the massive toys at Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory. But there were some serious moments, like when Rudy and FF’s Drama got together to sketch out plans to end the lockout, a meeting that almost didn’t occur because Drama woke up too late! It’s all good though, because Drama ‘laced’ up his Nike Mag 2011 and skated over to the Fantasy Factory just in time to catch Rudy Gay in the office. Did they hatch a plan that ended the lockout? Check out the video below and let us know what you think.

Nike Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 NBA PEs New Images

We got our first look at a season that may never be this June when Nike Basketball showed off a bunch of player exclusive colorways for some of their most explosive players.  The Nike Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 was teased in Rudy Gay, Russell Westbrook, Lamar Odom and, of course, Rajon Rondo PE colorways, and now we have a closer look at each pair.  Odom and Westbrook’s pairs are two-toned while Rondo and Gay add a third shade for their Swooshes, and we expect all of these to be fairly limited (House of Hoops, perhaps?).  Click through to see more photos of all four Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 PEs and grab them well in advance of the retail drop from Kicks-crew.

Nike Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 PE Preview

This past NBA season was one of the most entertaining in recent memory, thanks in large part to the league featuring more talent per roster slot (and per team in many cases) than at any time since Michael Jordan’s first retirement.  Nike Basketball finds themselves in the fortunate position of outfitting the majority of the league and most of that group is outfitted in one of two top-flight series that are also really starting to come into their own.  Just check out these Nike Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 player exclusive colorways we’ll be seeing on the hardwood if the NBA and its union ever resolve their ongoing negotiations.  You gotta hope the 2011-12 campaign isn’t shortened by even a game when guys like Rajon Rondo, Russell Westbrook, Rudy Gay and Lamar Odom are all making spectacular plays while jockeying for playoff positioning.  Click through to see those four Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 PEs along with the black, Photo Blue and Volt edition that’s becoming this model’s signature colorway and stick with Sneaker News for the release dates.  via HK-Kicks
