Much like the NBA year that just ended so unsatisfyingly for his Miami Heat, LeBron James’ online animated series has reached its conclusion for this season. The tenth episode of ‘The LeBrons’ is entitled ‘The Comeback (Part 2)’, and if we were to tell you that LL Cool J’s classic ‘Mama Said Knock You Out’ plays over the closing credits, you could probably figure out what will happen. But just like the NBA, there’s a good reason why we actually play the games, and you can see the entirety of what could possibly end up as the last episode of The LeBrons when you click on the jump below.

‘Kid’ is feeling down on his dumps for missing the game-winning jumper, and last week’s episode of The LeBrons ended with Kid challenging his biggest rival to game of hoop. The ‘shot’ isn’t everything, but Kid is out to prove that he has as much game as the next baller by beating Jamal in a game of streetball – no fouls, no rules. ‘Kid’ is down in the dumps after missing the game-winning jumper from Episode 8 of The LeBrons, but there’s nothing like motivation from your family and friends to get you back up on your feet. Kid still feels the need to prove himself, so he stumbles upon his high-school rival Jamal at a local court, and challenges him to a game of 1 on 1. Who will come out on top? Another fun easter egg of Episode 9 is the kicks; Kid’s pals are seen wearing the Air Force 1 Low (possibly the ’112 Pack’ or some KAWS collabs?) and a pair of lifestyle shoes similar to the Nike Toki. Life has been getting more and more interesting from The LeBrons; just last week, Business had to settle things by way of a rap battle with hip-hop star Drake. What’s in store for this week? They’ve both been in the public spotlight for much of their young lives, each currently among the luminary figures in their fields at a tender age. LeBron James and Drake have even hosted a few parties together, so it’s safe to say they get along well enough to collaborate, and yet we’re thankful that King James hasn’t dropped any mp3s. Every high school kid needs to deal with school bullies, and Kid LeBron has one rather large one that always gets in his way. So Kid didn’t exactly make first string on his school’s basketball team, but things are looking up because he’s got a hot date to the school dance with Li! Unfortunately, there’s a bit of a dilemma, as Athlete needs Kid to attend his Home game, which is the same night as the school dance. After listening to Wise’s advice, Kid chooses family over friends and shows up to Athlete’s game and arrives to the school dance a bit late. Does he get his girl? In the latest episode of LeBron James’ animated series ‘The LeBrons’, Kid and his boys prepare for the school basketball team try-outs while staying away from distraction from his in-school rivals as well as the legacy of Athlete. Will Kid make the team? At first, he avoids the try-outs, claiming to earn his b-ball rep on the streets, but soon comes to realize that he needs to work for his glory. Does Kid make the team?
