Already proving in the initial preview images that Carhartt WIP once again makes a strong visual impact, this video detailing their latest collaboration with Vans makes for a strong follow-up to the duo’s last release. The video for this new Carhartt WIP x Vans Syndicate Era Tab “S” quartet doesn’t feature computer driven changes like their Old Skool clip, though you might think of something like Tron when you see the effect of night skating in the reflective-saddled Eras atop a similarly bordered deck. This is one of the cooler promo videos in recent memory and the appeal is directly tied to the shoes’ real world use. Check it out in full below and get ready for a quick turnaround akin to the zigzag toe stitching, because these will hit select WIP retailers both in store and online tomorrow.

The Vans Era is dope in just about any material or colorway; that’s why it’s been around for thirty-five some odd years. And while canvas might have it beaten in sheer volume, there’s no denying that a suede upper does the Era body good. Check out these three new Vans Vault Era LX Premier colorups for proof: a trio of two-toned premium builds whose elegant simplicity is punctuated by an all-white waffle sole. Let us know which looks best after you’ve seen the full set below, then keep your eyes peeled at Vans Vault retailers.

The last collaboration between Carhartt and Vans Syndicate resulted in a pair of Old Skools approximately the size of a second generation Range Rover. This new pack of Carhartt x Vans Eras is also larger than life, but instead of special effects, this ’3M Pack’ takes its name from the reflective material that makes these unassuming orange, yellow, blue and black styles explode with light in the right conditions. Stick with Sneaker News for release info and let us know which of these looks best in more images below.

It seems as if Jason Dill has parlayed a possible Vans collaboration for his on-again off-again line Fucking Awesome. Shown here a couple of Vans Era colorways upgraded with an all over print featuring the label’s jagged logo. The samples have been floating around for a while now with still no word of a retail release, something that might be a product of red tape regarding the f-bomb print or maybe just a product of Dill’s apathetic approach to the line. Continue reading for more images of the Fucking Awesome x Vans Era samples, from the personal collection of one Earl Sweatshirt, and tell us in the comments if you’d purchase a pair if given the chance.

Kim Kiroic has been a big name in the Chinese shoemaking market for a few years now. This marks the first time he’s reached outside the premium brands in the immdiate vicinity of his HQ, as we see the Shanghai-based cobbler hook up with the American brand synonymous with California cool. A word meaning both ‘hello’ and ‘farewell’ in Hawaiian, ‘aloha’ has been used to tag a couple of printed Vans releases this spring. Following up on the ‘Aloha Camo’ prints, Vans Vault issued an ‘Aloha OG’ quartet, and while the latter represents true vintage prints, the former has a bit longer life expectancy thanks to this new drop. The Vans Era 59 ‘Aloha C & L’ has a name referring to its floral print liner and comes in black, True White and Princess Blue canvas colorways.
