One of the realest sneakerhead celebs hooks up with one of the realest in sneaker customs in this Celebrity Feet feature – Wale in the Nike LeBron 9 ‘Flamingo’ by Mache Customs. Wale’s got a reputation for wearing Nikes that aren’t due out in months (or at all), but this time he connects with Mache for one of his best custom creations, which features the LeBron 9 transformed into the confetti-splattered ‘Flamingo’ that we first saw with the LeBron 8 V/2 Low. Are these customs hotter than the released version, or perhaps the Mid sample that Jason Petrie gave us a peek at?

You can always count on the hosts and guests of BET’s 106 & Park to show off some sick sneakers, but when Wale’s the guest of honor, you know Terrence J is gonna come out with some sick sneakers. During a recent episode of the shoe, Wale took center stage while wearing the Nike Zoom KD IV ‘Weatherman’, keeping the Adaptive Fit straps partially unstrapped for a ‘winged’ appeal, but Terrence J was neck-and-neck as he wore the brightly-colored Nike LeBron 9 ‘All-Star’. In a separate taping, Terrence wore the Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Galaxy’ as well, drawing fits of jealousy from viewers on location and at home. Check out Terrence J and Wale in their sick sneakers below and let us know who had the best kicks in the comments section!

It may not be the case for Phil Knight, but Wale definitely has the public goin “how you got them?” from time to time. There have been plenty of occasions where Wale rocks some sneakers way ahead of schedule, but for this latest sneaker sighting, he went into his own stash and turned back to clock to 2000 by rocking the Air Jordan VI ‘Olympic’ – not the upcoming 2012 release. Wale was spotted during All-Star Weekend, chillin’ in the Orlando Magic Locker Room wearing these beauties, and as the excitement surrounding the 2012 Retro of the Air Jordan VI ‘Olympic’ continues to mount, we can makes some fine guesses as to who will rock the ’12 Olympics next. Fabolous? Rick Ross? Of course, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen Wale in the Olympics, as we spotted him a few years back wearing ‘em during a GQ party. Check out an extra shot of Wale’s Air Jordan VI after the jump and let us know what you think. via axgilbert
