Wiz Khalifa has popped up a number of times this year in our Celebrity Feet feature, and an interesting trend shows up if you scroll through the archives. When it comes to Jordans, he has been pretty consistent in rocking only OG colorways. He keeps that up here Air Jordan VIII ‘Aqua’, undoubtedly the most popular colorway of the eighth entry in the legacy series. Of course we’d be remiss to not point out Uncle Snoop’s footwear as well, who is seen rocking a classic black and white pair of shelltoe’d adidas with the pants to match. Most of the gentlemen featured in this edition of Celebrity Feet have been known to rock heat on the regular, so what happens when you get them all in the same room? Something of an arms-race it turns out, with each sneakerhead bringing out their big guns for the 2011 B.E.T. Hip Hop Awards this past weekend in Atlanta. You can make your own judgements on who came out on top based on the full set of pics after the jump, but we’re tipping our hat to the four dudes above. Wiz Khalifa’s definitely put himself on the map in 2011, getting his grind on with his tour and live shows and showing up with some sick kicks and his lady by his side. He was recently spotted at Kevin Hart’s ‘Laugh at my Pain’ afterparty, and attending the event with him Amber Rose, his well-documented significant other. Wiz arrived at the event wearing the Air Jordan VII ‘Raptors’ from the Defining Moments Package that dropped back in 2009. Wiz Khalifa continues his rise up the Sneaker News Celebrity Feet power rankings with yet another appearance in some Air Jordans, as he rocked the True Blue IIIs during a live performance at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, CA. Wiz wore the True Blues once before during an appearance on BET’s 106 & Park roughly two weeks ago, and since then he’s been spotted in the Air Jordan VII Cardinal. Wiz Khalifa is at it yet again with another sneaker sighting – this time in the Air Jordan VII ‘Cardinal’ while performing live at Bonnaroo 2011 in Manchester. Wiz has become a steady fixture on Sneaker News Celebrity Feet as of late, because he’s been spotted in True Blue IIIs, Space Jam XIs, and Infrared VIs in the month of June alone. It’s been a busy last few weeks for the Pittsburgh native, because he’s been traveling around for public appearances and live performances, so if he keeps up his busy schedule, expect more sneaker sightings from the budding star. Hip-hop artist Wiz Khalifa stopped by BET’s 106 & Park on Tuesday to chat with hosts Terrence J and Rocsi about a number of topics, which ranged from his Rolling Papers World Tour to Amber Rose, as well as thoughts on education. During the session, Wiz wore the Air Jordan III ‘True Blue’, which marks yet another Air Jordan sighting on the Pittsburgh native. His more recent Celebrity Feet sightings included the Space Jams, the Air Jordan VI ‘Infrared’, and the Air Jordan XII Low ‘Black Patent’. The New Meadowlands Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ was filled to the brim with today’s hottest and most relevant hip-hop celebrities, who performed at the annual HOT 97 concert event. All the headlining names brought out some sick heat, like Wale’s Nike Air Foamposite Pro ‘Retro’ and Nike Air Max LeBron VII ‘HWC’ PE, Fabolous’ Air Jordan III ‘Flip’, Wiz Khalifa’s Air Jordan VI Infrared, and many, many more. Swizz Beatz showed up wearing a new White/Red/Black colorway of his Reebok Kamikaze, but it was also interesting to note that Rick Ross, who has been consistent with his Nike/Jordan game, wore a pair of the Kamikazes as well. There were plenty of other great sneaker sightings, like the Air Jordan IV ‘Laser’ and ‘Cool Grey’, the Air Jordan III ‘True Blue’, and Air Jordan 1 ‘BMP’, so take a nice look at all the celebs from the HOT 97 Summer Jam 2011 and let us know who rocked the best kicks!

Wiz Khalifa was spotted out and about with his beau Amber Rose, visiting Katsuya restaurant in Los Angeles, CA. The Pittsburgh native, who thrust onto the mainstream with his ‘Black & Yellow’ single and released a debut album with Atlantic Records this past March, wore the #1 Sneaker of 2009 – the Air Jordan XI ‘Space Jam’. Quite a big step from his last Sneaker News Celebrity Feet report, as Wiz kept it much simpler with black/white Converse Chuck Taylor All-Stars. Fabolous arrived at the 2011 BET Rip the Runway event in New York City wearing a fresh pair of Air Jordan XIII ‘Premio’s’ from the Air Jordan Bin 23 Collection. While the Air Jordan XIII ‘Premio’ was released last August in the U.S., Fab’s pair looked to be fresh out of the box when he was seen wearing them on the red carpet at the Manhattan Center for the show where he performed a couple of songs. It also appeared that Loso wanted to make sure his Jordan’s stayed fresh as he opted for a pair of Gucci sneakers for his actual performance during the Rip the Runway show.
