Kobe Bryant’s life is good. The reigning NBA Most Valuable Player just won an Olympic gold medal, is leading the LA Lakers to their best start sans-Shaq, and there’s a ton of hype surrounding what Nike markets as the lightest basketball shoe ever. He’s even the lead singer in the superstar band formed to promote the latest Guitar Hero game, but some people might choose to be another Nike signature athlete if given the chance.
LeBron James also just won a gold medal, is leading the Cleveland Caveliers to the best start in franchise history and has rocked some of the hottest PE kicks we’ve ever seen. LBJ is so hot right now, that when *he* plays virtual drums, it’s to promote the 23 year old phenom *himself*.
These fiery Nike Zoom Lebron VIs take a black upper and lay a spectrum from red to green over the top. The result is anything but, as the expertly blended hues make for a solid match with the t-shirts printed to commemorate King James’ “World Tour”. NikeLeBron reports that these were exclusive to that event, so you’ll need to watch the ‘bay and other resellers if you work for Reebok (or anyone else, for that matter).
