Another installment to the Try-On series, Nike adds one of its most staple footwear- the Air Max 1. This selection will fit the motif of the other Try-On’s, rocking a tonal light grey on soft suede and mesh. However Nike decided to add an extra elements, in the form of speckle on underlay and heel tab and 3M reflective on the swoosh. Interesting that Nike went this route, not only breaking the style of the capsule, but also contradicting the concept that they are supposed to resemble the original AM1’s that one would try on during a Nike iD session. Nonetheless a very fresh pair that will be available at 21 Mercer on Wednesday, Feb 17th.
