Yesterday night, Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers won their fifth championship in eleven seasons. Kobe will be the first to say that this championship was a true team victory; Kobe didn’t have his A-game (25% from the field) but the script was flipped as the rest of the Lakers squad had to carry its superstar to victory. Kobe called this championship the sweetest one yet because it proved to be most difficult – and beating the Celtics didn’t hurt.
