With the spirit of his quote in mind, Nike honors co-founder Bill Bowerman by using his name on a collection of running kicks. Established last summer, the Bowerman Series continues with this new colorway of the Nike Mayfly, an ultra-lightweight runner whose colorway will remind you of the previous generation orange shoebox. Intriguing (and unexplained) pattern aside, you’re not going to find a running shoe much lighter than this pair’s 4.8oz weight, and at an insanely affordable $45, you’d be crazy not to cop a pair from NikeStore.
