The fifth and final member of the Nike Air Force 1 Five Boroughs Pack comes to you “All the way from the slums of shaolin.” The Wu-Tang Clan put Staten Island on the map back in the early ’90s and now this new AF1 Low will be a part of what appears to be a resurrection of sorts for this Swoosh classic. Sure, we get new Uptowns every month from Nike Sportswear, but this varsity jacket-inspired DJ Clark Kent design is visibly deluxe quality, from the tumbled leather and woolen sections all the way down to the classic gum outsole. The BE (Boroughs Edition) Air Force 1s are set to drop on Saturday, July 31st with some retailer having already gotten (and sold out of) their stocks.
