Nike Zoom Kobe VII Elite – Black – Gold

Nike Zoom Kobe Vii System Elite

At the start of the Holiday 2011 season, the book on the Zoom Kobe VI was officially closed and news of the Zoom Kobe VII began making headlines on our front pages. For the VII, the interchangeable Attack Fast and Attack Strong was the keynote upgrade from ‘six’ to ‘seven’, with the dual-grade tiered system adding a fresh new take on Zoom Kobe VII. However, information regarding a third version, an ‘Elite’, left us curious; what would constitute this exclusive title and more importantly, a $200 price-tag?

Here’s a first look at the Nike Zoom Kobe VII Elite; at first glance, it appears just like the Zoom Kobe VII, but it’s really more than what meets the eye. It’s got a redone snake-skin upper consisting of aggressive hexagonal scales (reminiscent of the Zoom Kobe VI), a carbon fiber heel counter, and full-length Zoom Air. Call it a ‘fully-loaded’ version of the Kobe VII if you’d like, but with these strapped on your feet, you’ll be in the most comfortable and luxurious ride of your life. This Black/Metallic Gold-Dark Grey colorway is slated for an April 20th release, so continue reading for a gallery of the Nike Zoom Kobe VII and stick with Sneaker News for more on the Kobe VII Elite as well as more information on the looming LeBron 9 Elite as well. via marqueesole
