Perhaps Nike’s referencing the fact that a 5-seed in the West will result in a road game-heavy playoff bracket for the Lakers this year with the gold-accented, otherwise blacked-out Nike Zoom Kobe VII Elites. The only colorway we’d seen to date, this ultra-premium postseason design must surely be complimented by something for home games and those familiar yellow jerseys. And just like clockwork, here’s the Zoom Kobe 7 Elite ‘Home’, another one of the still growing mass of white and/or black designs in early 2012. This pair retains the Away’s golden hits but opts for a different blocking pattern and begs several questions: Which one do you like best?
