Stuart Scott died at the age of 49 over the weekend. His continuous battle with cancer came to a close, and in the midst of the tragedy, players throughout the NBA remembered the legendary SportsCenter anchor in interviews, twitter shout outs, and any other way that they could. Kevin Durant even payed homage to Scott on his Nike KD 6 PE (he still hasn’t donned a pair of his KD 7s given his recent return from a foot injury). Kevin wrote “Boo Ya! RIP the great Stuart Scott” on the medial side of his KD 6 to pay his respect by using one of Stuart’s all time great catch phrases. The broadcasting icon changed the way highlight reels were called and will surely be missed not only by the sports fans that watched him on SC, but by the players that were featured in his segments. Check out the rest of this week’s NBA Feet selections after the break and stay tuned for more on-feet coverage right here on Sneaker News.
