Rubberized toe-caps are certainly in when it comes to stylish skateboarding trends. The fortified toe-box serves a true performance purpose, which is why adidas rolled out the new Matchcourt sneaker – a high-top with inspirations from the legendary Nizza silhouette, but created for technical skating. The new Matchcourt will be worn by adidas Skateboarding athlete Na-Kel Smith as well as the brand’s next-gen athletes and three colorways of black/white, scarlet/white, and white/white will hit stores in early 2016, but you can get an early jump on the black pair now at select adidas Skate retailers arond the globe. Stay tuned for full release info on the Matchcourt and enjoy the detailed gallery below.
