Comme des Garcons and Nike Sportswear are getting re-acquainted with a number of upcoming collaborative efforts, but everyone was definitely surprised with how the Japanese fashion imprint approached their Comme des Garcons Nike Air Force 1 in recent weeks. The Nike Air Force 1 has seen more high-fashion overhauls this year than ever before, with Bruce Kilgore’s iconic lifestyle model being revamped in a number of fresh ways to get people excited about the silhouette once again.
The Comme des Garcons Air Force 1 manages to keep the simple white on white and all black murdered-out look intact, but with an additional forefoot strap literally tacked on. The strap features CDG’s iconic heart with eyes logo but with additional Emoji emoticons to show an array of emotions you’d usually find in your iMessage window.
There’s no word on when this Comme des Garcons duo will be arriving stateside, but stay tuned for a Release Date right here on Sneaker News.
