Jordan’s “Chinese New Year” Collection Releases On January 7th

Jordan Chinese New Year Collection

Jordan Brand celebrates the 20th Anniversary of the Air Jordan 12 Retro with a special Chinese New Year Collection highlighting the iconic silhouette and the all-new Air Jordan 31. The Air Jordan 12 is presented in the memorable “Taxi” colorway as well as a gold/red Girls rendition with special logos and details on the tongue, insoles, and mudguard, while the Air Jordan XXX1 makes use of a special bamboo trim. Accompanying the Jordan shoes is a set of apparel matching the Chinese New Year aesthetic presented in this year’s collection.

According to Nike, the Jordan “Chinese New Year” Collection will begin releasing in China starting on December 25th on Jordan.com, then at select retailers in that region (Hong Kong Kicks Lounge and Beijing Yaxin, Shanghai WZK, Guangzhou XH55, Taipei PHANTACi And other special limited edition stores) on January 7th. The U.S. release date is still tentatively set for January 28th.
