Nike Dunk Low Mita Releasing Only In Japan 01

All the way back in 2004, mita sneakers designed a classic take on the Nike Air Force 1 now known to be the legendary “OnkoChishin” colorway. It was one of the most outrageous looks ever to grace the Air Force 1 Low thanks to ostrich skin, leather, dark black nubuck, and glossy green patent leather. Now Nike Sportswear is bringing back the look with this updated Nike Dunk Low set to arrive exclusively at mita sneakers, Nike Harajuku, and NikeLab MA5 on July 8th. The pair emulates the original “OnkoChinshin” in a new way, moving the green patent leather to the toe guard, adding metallic gold tumbled leather to the Swoosh, and moving the synthetic ostrich skin to the heel. What results is a nice recollection of the 2004 classic in a new and exciting way. Fingers crossed for a more widespread release to come, but don’t count on it.
