Jordan Brand created a new benchmark for quality Air Jordan Retros with their Pinnacle/Premium series of footwear, which features the classic Air Jordan silhouettes built with some fine materials. However, the $400 price-tag may undoubtedly repel some willing consumers, because let’s face it – $400 is just too much to spend on a pair of Retro. Regardless, this new tier allows Jordan Brand to get fancy with their feet, particularly with the Air Jordan 5 as we see yet another Premium-level colorway appear.
This upcoming colorway utilizes a luxurious burgundy leather upper with a golden tan quilted lining for an aesthetic that reflects Italian craftsmanship. Dubbed the “Wine” colorway, this Air Jordan 5 Premium is set to release later this year.
