The 30th-anniversary celebration for the Nike Air Max 1 might have brought more original colorways at the front end of this year, but Nike Sportswear continues to revamp Tinker Hatfield’s iconic running model in a number of new and exciting ways. The first shoe to ever feature visible air in the midsole has since gone the premium lifestyle route with a number of memorable Nike Air Max 1 Premium offerings like the “Dark Stucco” and “Ridgerock” options, both formidable tonal choices that elevate the Air Max 1 to casual aesthetics perfect for the coming Fall 2017 season.

Today we get a look at the coming Nike Air Max 1 Premium Navy/Gum combination. The pair features a smooth Midnight Navy leather upper with Pure Platinum accents on him midfoot, while a denim-esque woven base features unique square patterns for a look we’ve never seen before on Tinker’s iconic model. Of course, some Gum outsoles add the perfect casual touch to a pair we can’t wait to get our hands on. Expect this Nike Air Max 1 to release in September alongside the coming Nike Air Max 1 “Skulls”.
