It is no secret that Jordan Brand is placing an increased emphasis on the Air Jordan 3 in 2018, as the sneaker is celebrating in 30th anniversary, as well as some signature highlight reel moments. One of those moments etched in history is featured on the sneaker you see here, as Michael Jordan’s signature free throw line dunk from the 1988 slam dunk contest comes masterfully recognized. On the underside of the left outsole, Jordan Brand emblazoned a red stripe, emulating the exact spot that MJ took off from when he soared through the air – captivating the entire audience around him. Otherwise, this sneaker is a nearly identical replica of the “White/Cement” colorway, other than its icy outsole. Nike Air branding comes emblazoned on its heel tab, keeping its nostalgic aesthetic alive. Peep this extended look below and set your sights on a February 14th release and tell us what you think.
