Michael Le The somewhat imposing silhouette of the Air Force 270 has seen quite a few revisions, ushering in many new palettes for fans to be in awe at. Seen in a few bold tints with most arriving in overly subtle schemes, the hybrid model makes a return in quite a familiar one: volt and black. The 270’s enlarged air bubble at the heel maintains an emanating glow while the synthetic upper mimics with the same neon green; black is used along the leather overlays, part of the midsole, and mid foot zipper to balance out what would otherwise be a blinding colorway. The utilitarian strap also gets a small modification with typography that states “FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY,” playing on Nike’s current design trends. The “Volt” Air Force 270 will release November 10th at a retail of $170 USD.
