Michael Le adidas’s Ultra Boost is arguably the king of the German Sportswear brand’s many offerings, ushering in a fusion of both style and comfort which have lead many to claim that it is above all in comfort. Since Kanye first wore the model around its introduction, the shoe has become a mainstay for both lukewarm and avid sneakerheads alike, though it has slowly begun to lose traction in the past year. Aiming to recapture the allure the line-up once had, the Three Stripes is issuing what is effectively a return to form for the shoe by way of returning its original tooling. Holding true to how it once appeared, the upcoming release arrives in the iconic 1.0 Primeknit weave alongside the luxe finishings of its gold aglets and matching typography along the loud purple heelcap. The signature Boost sole unit comes with one slight technical modification, however, updating it with the more recent Continental rubber.
