For the second Air Max Day in a row, Jordan Brand is laying down a footprint with the Air Jordan 3 “Tinker” – a modified version of the original that was actually one of the legendary architect’s earlier sketches for the shoe. Featuring a Swoosh logo on the upper and NIKE embroidered on the ankle collar of the medial side, this revised AJ3 has gone on to be one of the more successful “remixes” in recent memory, and it’s returning once again for the upcoming Air Max-centered festivities this month. This white, red, and grey mix is actually inspired by Tinker’s unforgettable Air Max 1 as it draws in the original “Sport Red” colorway of that game-changing silhouette, further solidifying Hatfield’s iconic presence in the industry. An added bonus appears with an assortment of interchangeable Swoosh logos in red, white, reflective, and elephant print. This Air Jordan 3 “Tinker” will release at Jordan retailers on March 30th for $225.
