Japan’s Wacko Maria Has A Nike SB Janoski Collaboration Coming Soon

Though Wacko Maria’s Americana-based designs have just started to make waves in the West, their devoted adherence and transformative appropriation has drawn even the eyes of Beaverton, giving the Japanese label their own collaboration atop the low-top Janoski. Somewhat simple in its transformation, though unequivocally loud in execution, the duo have adorned the suede uppers of the skate staple in a slightly faded cheetah prints. Base tan notes sit next to darker splotches of orange and black while white midsoles and dark embroidered swooshes fill in as notable contrast. Small emblem’s calling out the brand as well as boldfaced Japanese characters lie subtly along the rear face of both the midsole and heel, respectively, leaving the “Guilty Parties” insole typography to more overtly call to their own misanthropic club. Grab a detailed look below and expect these to be hitting select retailers and Nike.com within the coming months.
