For their second collaborative drop out of SS19, Japanese artisans Hender Scheme are giving up their homage make-ups just temporarily to dish out luxurious leathers along the technical uppers of the adidas ZX4000 4D. Producing what is a dichotomous construction of traditional materials and performance elements, the futuristic runner boasts the German Sportswear brand’s luxe Primeknit weave next to their newfound printed sole units, one that now introduces Digital Light Synthesis, a technology that fuses natural components to create over 20,000 different struts. Topped on a bright, bright green, the two forthcoming palettes are anything but as they opt for monochrome swathes of black and white; the latter of which opting for use of the vegetable tanned leathers across profile panelling stitched on by red contrast thread. The darker pair is more inline with some mainline releases as the focal motifs lie only on the branded tabs across the vamp and tongue. Grab a detailed look at both pairs below and be sure to stay tuned for their release on adidas.com and at select retailers come June 22nd.
