First Look At The Air Jordan 5 “Fire Red” With Nike Air

First Look At The Air Jordan 5 “Fire Red” With Nike Air

If 2019’s output of Air Jordan 4 Retros is any indication, what we can expect for the upcoming 30th Anniversary of the Air Jordan 5 is possibly a “What The” rendition, a full crop of new colorways such as the “Alternate Grape”, and the return of the Nike Air on the heel. After initial reports of a February 2020 drop of the original “Fire Red” Jordan 5 back in July of this year, we’re finally getting a first look at the original colorway, seen here in white premium leather uppers, fire red lining, a black midsole, and the coveted Nike Air logo embroidered on the heel. This would mark the first instance since 1999 that this specific AJ5 returns in this manner, so we’re certain the Jordan fans will come out of the woodworks for these. See a full heel-shot teaser below and stay tuned as we approach the projected February release date.

UPDATE (4/8/2020)
The Air Jordan 5 “Fire Red” has been postponed once again. Expect retailers to let go of their pairs now on May 2nd.
