After a quick mission outer space with the help of the ISS National Lab, the adidas Ultra Boost 20 is taking some time off to fully enjoy civilian life. As such, the newly added silhouette is removed entirely of its space-themed insignia and is given a minimally done patch to further complement its Triple Black colorway. Everything from the weaves to the cages and Boost are all dyed entirely black with little to no contrast whatsoever. Threads at the upper, for the most part, blend into one another even at the reinforced stitching towards the toe boxes’ edge. Elsewhere, cages see the same effect with taping and thread breaking up what is a barely different backdrop. The most noticeable piece all in all is certainly the gloss of the heel support, but even that is not by much. Geared for versatile performance to an extreme, the pair is likely to be a hit for the color averse as it slowly arrives to select retailers now and adidas.com likely in the near future.
