Jovani Hernandez While usually seen in simple, but timeless arrangements, the Nike Blazer Mid 77 has recently emerged in two eye-catching styles employing iridescent holographic details from the 1990s.
As with a recent Air Force 1 Low duo, “Black” or “White” bases set the stage for the color-shifting accents throughout both pairs of Blazer Mid-variant. Profile Swooshes across this two-set boast an array of hues, just as “NIKE”-branded heel panels do given their holographic finish. The “Black” pair, however, also sports the iridescent arrangement at its toe box; its “White” co-star features a classic leather toe, but dons a “Bright Cactus/Hyper Pink” gradient throughout the midsole à la Serena Williams Blazer. Underfoot, both pairs round out their bold styles with a transparent outsole that reveals another bright gradient.
Details of a stateside Nike.com launch are still unavailable, but both pairs of the mid-top Blazer have launched at select shops in Asia.
