Jovani Hernandez Over its 30 years on the market, the Nike Air Max 90 has dressed up in hundreds of ensembles inspired by everything from the outdoors to its visible Airbag cushioning. Its latest arrangement has ostensibly been inspired by the Seattle Seahawks’ current team colors.
Predominantly clad in “Obsidian”, uppers on the anniversary-celebrating Air Max model are overlaid with “Iron Grey” and “Smoke Grey” accents. Profile Swooshes interrupt the notably dark palette, but are overshadowed by the fluorescent green hue that takes over upper TPU eye-stays and “AIR MAX” branding at the sides. Logos at the heel forgo their tongue counterparts’ two-tone nature in favor of a tonal “Obsidian” scheme, but feature neon green stitching that evokes the Emerald City’s NFL team. Underfoot, the Air Max 90‘s sole unit favors a subtle makeup as it omits any eye-catching hue, donning “White” and Obsidian” instead.
