The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Tokyo” Is Releasing In Grade School Sizes

The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Tokyo” Is Releasing In Grade School Sizes

First teased in April and originally scheduled to launch on July 25th, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG CO.JP “Tokyo” arrives globally on August 7th, and in Grade School sizing, too.

While simple in its color arrangement, the Jordan 1 retro is significant within Jordan Brand’s history. For starters, the “Neutral Grey/Metallic Silver/White” palette from 2001 marked the first time Michael Jordan’s first signature sneaker dressed up in non-original colors. As “CO.JP” branding on the sock-liner denotes, this pair pioneered country-exclusive Jordans. Packaging for this Kid’s pair also nods to the silhouette’s heritage as it resembles its original 1985 makeup. Instead of black and red, however, the box has been done in grey and silver.

Enjoy official images of the Grade School version of the Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Tokyo” ahead, and try your luck on August 7th via the Nike SNKRS platform.

In other confirmed Jordan release dates, the Jordan 12 Indigo launches on August 22nd.
