First Look At The adidas Ultra Boost 2021

First Look At The adidas Ultra Boost 2021

In the years since its debut, the adidas Ultra Boost has evolved dramatically; its 2020 version a far cry from the beloved OG that dressed Kanye only a few years back. And while the brand still borrows from the original off and on, they’ve expressed a larger interest in experimenting with the silhouette’s entire aesthetic — the upcoming 2021 variant set to be one of the most unique in both form and function.

Revealed months prior to its likely release, the Ultra Boost 2021 seems to put all points into its tooling, a Boost-constructed cushion that is possibly the brand’s largest and most pronounced to date. Its size increases as it heads towards the rear, creating a curved shape that may improve comfort and performance during a runner’s typical gait. TPU molds support along the heel, wrapping the knit upper whose forward constructions resemble its predecessor in perforation and pattern. Overlaid molds wrap with see-through synthetic, marked atop with Three Stripe pieces color in complement to its backdrop.

Catch a detailed look at the three unveiled colorways here and expect to learn more about their adidas.com release as we inch closer to the new year.
