With some of the biggest sales in sneakers happening over the last stretch of November, some of the biggest players in the space continued to deliver sneak peeks at projects prepped for 2023.
On the Air Jordan side of things, a handful of old and new propositions surfaced via official images and other channels, further cementing the line as the most successful athlete-specific series in history. DJ Khaled tapped Airbnb to host a recreation of his sneaker closet in celebration of his upcoming “We The Best” Air Jordan 5 collaboration, with news sending countless interested guests into scheming mode. Elsewhere, NIKE, Inc. teased another Nike LeBron 20 as well as a Converse Chuck 70 in partnership with LAIKA Studios, the same studio responsible for the movie Coraline.
Away from the NIKE, Inc. branding, adidas continues to churn out product not related to Ye (who confirmed he’d be running for president of the U.S. in 2024). Bad Bunny headlined the roster of 3-Stripes-stamped footwear, although the adidas Crazy New Era also made its way into the mix courtesy of adidas Basketball’s latest campaign.
For a look at all that and more, including the latest from new Balance, check out our top headlines from November 19th to November 25th ahead.
