While triple-white kicks never go out of style, the current sneaker scene has been embracing cream-colored propositions that add some additional flair to fan-favorite footwear. Nike has responded to this trend with a slew of releases such as the Air Force 1 Shadow and Cortez that indulge in the brand’s “Coconut Milk” shade. The Blazer Mid ’77 is next up to get dipped in the off-white hue, available for purchase now.
Similar to the aforementioned AF1 Shadow, this women’s exclusive also participates in the monochrome movement by opting for a full-fledged Coconut Milk makeup. It sports smooth leather uppers that are accented by suede overlays on the toe and lateral side that ditch their usual grey coloring for a cream tint. The standard stitching details and leather Swoosh applique on the sides are all present, although the heel tab is void of any Nike logos. The brand’s insignia is still found on the tongue label, but in a tonal fashion that delivers branded details subtly. As for the rubber sole unit, the traditional treading is featured underfoot to complete the trendy take on a classic silhouette.
