It’s hard to pick just ONE among Jordan Brand’s mammoth line-up of Retro releases in 2025. For some, the Jordan 4 “Rare Air” is an easy selection, and this latest set of images courtesy of an official retailer brings us the best look yet at this anticipated release.

Part of the 2025 Rare Air Jordans collection that includes the Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 3, these Rare Air Jordan 4s are decorated in black, grey, white, and red — a classic mix of shades that stay true to the Jumpman fabric. The addition of blue on the midsole, heel plate, and interior lining give these the distinction that Jordan fanatics are looking for, with many going as far as calling these the “Pistons” 4s.

The Air Jordan 4 “Rare Air” is confirmed to release in 2025, although exactly when remains a mystery. These were initially pegged to drop on February 15th, but the latest reports suggest a delay to Summer (April, May, or June).
