When thoughts of the Converse Weapon arrive, memories of the NBA’s golden era immediately come to mind thanks to the shoe being anchored by Magic Johnson during the Showtime Lakers dominance. Converse smartly re-contextualized the former performance basketball model for lifestyle use, one that’s seen a number of notable 2014 releases like the Patchwork pair. Today we get a look at the previously previewed Heather Grey/Speckled pair that has a casual base contrasted by bright yellow accents (They even comes with an alternate pair of laces that glow in the dark).
