If the Boston Celtics fizzle out in their series with the Orlando Magic like they did in the fourth quarter of game 4, we might very well look back on this as a sort of ‘un-bloody sock’. Veteran power forward Rasheed Wallace has been depicted in our NBA Feet column, and always in Nike Air Force 1 Highs. Sheed’s been rocking the AF1s for over a decade now, but last night, during the first half of a game where he had nearly as many technical fouls as field goals, Wallace was spotted in the Nike Zoom Sharkalaid hybrid. Sheed switched back at the half, but the damage was already done, and in a sports world where superstition and momentum reign supreme, this has now become a story to watch in a series that we previously expected to be all but over.
