Those Jordan Melo M10s weren’t the only special sneakers created for the Jordan Brand Classic. Apparently available to the elite athletes participating in this year’s game, which is happening today out in Brooklyn, is the Jordan Future pair pictured here. The shoes stick with the black and gold theme of that event by way of a mostly black woven upper that has some shiny gold bits mixed in (Sort of in the same way that the reflective bits were on that first Jordan Future retail pair). These will not release, so check out the exclusive gallery on the Jordan Future “Jordan Brand Classic” below and let us know what you think. Photos via Nitrolicious.

reebok rail san atonio all star 01 Reebok Rail San Antonio

Reebok’s got another retro model that’s tied up in the colors of the 1996 NBA All-Star game. This time around it’s Glenn Robinson’s reborn Reebok Rail silhouette that gets the vibrant teal and pink combination. Of course Robinson wasn’t around the in All-Star game that year so this pair isn’t entirely historically accurate, but the colorway is a hard hitter regardless. If you’ve been paying attention to our extensive Air Jordan XX9 coverage throughout the day, then you no doubt noticed that there are two distinct builds that are on the way. This black/team orange/dark grey version is the simpler of the two and features an enlarged Jumpman silhouette across the side of the sneakers, a 23 on the tongue, and an icy outsole that better highlights the Flight Plate tech. Continue reading for extra photos on them and watch for this Jordan XX9 to release in September, 2014.
