Nike Zoom Kobe V X Blackout | Available

Nike Basketball did the ‘Triple Black’ thing for a while, but the most recent ‘Blackout’ editions of their best shoes have offered a slightly lighter take on the theme.  This year’s LeBrons added a little gold, and the new Nike Zoom Kobe V ‘Blackout’ is going in the silver direction.  That says nothing of Kobe himself, whose Lakers have been the NBA’s (purple and) gold standard for two years now; just that there are a select few Metallic Silver accents lightening up an otherwise black as night ZKV.  Check out more shots after the jump, then feel your way over to Kix-Files and grab a pair.

Style: 386430-003
Color: Black/Black-Metallic Silver-Dark Grey

  2. Sausage&Peppers Says:

you should call this the "Zoom Kobe BP Oil Slick V" and put it in my sisters mouth for being a dunce

  3. @SneadsbyRee Says:

why buy these when you could ID 'em??

  4. Paul Says:

It costs less. Retail on these shoes is $130, on NIKEiD it's $165. Technically you're right in that you can go to NIKEiD to recreate this color scheme but why would you pay more for the same thing….

  5. Steelo_Brown Says:

Because the ID's would cost a lot more.

  6. Steelo_Brown Says:

These are just "yawn". I need the white/gold joints from the finals in my life.

  7. Steelo_Brown Says:

What's with all the comments about your sister? Do you need family counseling?

  8. awesome Says:

because buying them would be cheaper

  9. Autolicus Says:

@SneadsbyRee – exactly what I was thinking, I mean damn it's only $10 dollars more for a custom pair.

  10. MrTwoThree Says:

    haahahahahahaaaaha…wtf!?

  11. Paul Says:

No it's not. ID's are $165 while the retail on KBV's are $130.
