The Nike Terminator High was introduced twenty-five years ago, and while these days it’s not all that impressive for the basketball purposes for which it was designed, like 1985′s breakout hit the Dunk, the Terminator has evolved to take on a number of lifestyle friendly colorways and themes. The Term’s bold hightop design lends itself naturally to this latest inspiration, with a rugged Hiking Pack appearing as if this is what the shoe was designed to do. The Terminator High Basic looks great with metal D-ring eyelets and ticked trail laces, and while we’ve yet to see a vulc soled Terminator, these get the autoclaved look thanks to a faux foxing band, really just a stripe of color on the upper part of the midsole.
