Nike Foamposite technology debuted in 1997, but there’s little questioning 2010 has been the most Foam-filled year yet. There have been countless faux-Foamposite looks coopting that signature satiny matte finish, kicks that add Posite material onto their familiar silhouettes, and of course, a wide range of retro releases. These joints are actually scheduled to hit in early 2011, but that won’t stop us from enjoying these new photos of the Nike Air Foamposite One right now. This OG Dark Neon Royal colorway remains untouched in the thirteen years since its initial release, and still manages to be ahead of its time in an age when the Hyper-series has certainly offered some futuristic looks of its own. A sign that you should expect the OG Air Foamposite One at US Nike Sportswear retailers soon, these joints just popped up at Japan’s LTD Online.
