It looks like the Nike SB Kobe x Koston 1 isn’t the only Black Mamba-inspired sneaker that was timed to coincide with what would have been Bryant’s fourth straight NBA Finals appearance. Check out the Diamond Supply Co. Marquise done in the LA Lakers’ colors, complete with ’24′ embroidery on the lateral heels. That’s how many hand-numbered pairs will be released on Thursday, June 2nd, a super-limited run that rivals the scarcity of the Air Jordan III PE Kobe wore back in 2004. what these really resemble is the FLIPSYDE, aka the most misguided shoe Jordan has ever created. These = Flipsydes. Same shit different stink.
Dear Diamond: YOU ARE A HARDWARE COMPANY. so you have a cool name and logo that helps you sell shirts, that's great. When I was 15 I thought they were pretty nifty. But it's 2011, and instead of growing up there's now Diamond Hardware Footwear, Limited Edition Kobe colorway? this is beyond stupid. This is beyond a fail. Holla if you hear me.
