Especially for the extra sick pine green nubuck ‘away’ pair, the Nike LeBron 8 PEs for King James’ alma mater were among the very best unreleased colorway from the last product cycle. But a St. Vincent St. Mary colorway is as much of a given on a Nike LeBron model as bred or any other go-to palette, so while it’s totally unexpected, it’s not utterly shocking to see the LeBron 8 V/2 in green and gold. These conform to roughly the same colorblocking pattern as the ‘away’ V1s, but a patent leather eyestay combined with the V2’s synthetic shell makes for quite a difference between the two versions. Which one would you pick if these had made it out to retail, and are you excited about the possibility of a SVSM LeBron 9?
