Nike Flight Maestro Plus ‘Knicks’ – Available
February 28th, 2012 by Aaron Hope | 7 comments

Of all the blue, orange and black sneakers released or previewed in 2012, the Air Jordan IV ‘Cavs’ surpasses the sheer anticipation for all the rest combined. That colorway was conceived as a backhanded tribute to the team over whom MJ hit ‘The Shot’, but pictured above is a Nike Sportswear retro that utilizes these colors and a similar last-second scenario, albeit in an entirely different context. Referencing an NBA Playoff bracket that went down five years after Jordan’s 1989 victory in Cleveland, this Nike Flight Maestro Plus is a reminder of how six-time champ Scottie Pippen and his Michael-less Chicago Bulls were eliminated by their hated foes from Madison Square Garden. This ‘Knicks’ Flight Maestro Plus just arrived at Nike Sportswear retailers like Extra Butter, and you can see more photos after the jump below.
