Nike Lunar Safari – Fall/Winter 2012
April 25th, 2012 by Aaron Hope | 9 comments

The Air Max 1 has been relatively quiet with its 25th anniversary celebration in 2012, but even stealthier is one of its contemporaries who’s been planning a party for the second half of the year. We got a hint of the Air Safari’s quarter-century of service when the Air Force 1 got its signature print in a pack of new options on NIKEiD, but you’ll really get a sense of the occasion when new colorways and styles like the Nike Lunar Safari debut later this year. Four colorways are depicted in additional images below, ranging from the OG greys and orange to new designs that have a ‘blacklit’ look to them thanks to vibrant accents on a black base. Look them over after the jump, let us know the one(s) for which you’re most excited and stick with Sneaker News for release info. via HS

The black swoosh on the orange pair is ill
I hope that soft mesh isn't too saggy on the toe after a few wears... All designs look dope but would be cool to see one with a white mid-sole.
Oranges are a definite cop. Maybe the reds as well. Love these!
Dope! Can't wait for them to drop!
Lunar pretty much ruins it. Easy pass now.
Lunar is a major plus bro.
just wondering, are you new to this? not even dude, ruining a classic. just like they did with the lunar flows. fail imo, bring back the AM 1s! now those are amazing lol
you do realize these are running shoes right? and all changes are for you know, improvements to running?
So true!
