This Saturday marks the release of Nike Sportswear’s ‘Safari Pack’, a look into the past that gives us the OG Air Safari as well as that familiar look on fellow class of 1987 alum Air Trainer 1. In much the same way that the Air Trainer 1 takes on the Air Safari’s signature look, these new Nike Air Safari LE releases deviate from the original formula by a single degree. The yellow-accented pair looks almost like a faded take on the OG orange, and its use of mesh instead of the traditional leather toebox provides another space into which the blue-accented edition finds its niche. Check these out in greater detail after the jump, let us know how they compare to the design that established Tinker Hatfield’s famed tribute to ostrich leather and find your pair at NSW stockists soon. via SM
