The LeBron 9’s Elite edition is the most technically advanced and highest priced basketball sneaker on the market, its cutting edge build designed to push King James over the top in the quest for his first championship. It worked perfectly and the majority of official colorways have been connected to the Miami Heat’s 2012 NBA Title, but what if we go full-circle and revisit one of LeBron’s earlier triumphs. This new Nike LeBron 9 Elite custom in SVSM colors is the latest from colorswap king Mache. Covered in the familiar Fighting Irish gold and green that we’ve come to love on annual PE releases, these photos suggest that just like the St. Vincent-St.Mary LeBron 9 player exclusives, this Elite edition would be a quick sellout were it ever issued for retail. As it stands, only a few pairs are available from Mache Custom Kicks.
