Nike LeBron X “King of Galaxy” Customs by GourmetKickz

The Nike LeBron X will not be getting a straight up ‘Galaxy’ theme, at least not from the folks at Nike Basketball. So while they’ve gone the extraterrestrial route for this year’s NBA All-Star group, that doesn’t mean the theme won’t make its way onto the sneakers one way or another. Proof is pictured here in the form of the Nike LeBron X ‘King of Galaxy’ customs from GourmetKickz. The sneakers feature a starry upper and plenty of glowing sections, leaving them more in line with the Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Galaxy’ release than last year’s LeBron in the same vein. Get a better look after the jump and let us know in the comments if you think Nike Basketball should have brought back the galaxy for 2013.
Overall, this is a nice and creative custom. But....there are pros and cons about it. Nonetheless.

Customs with the galaxy theme never look good. These aren't even half as dope as the real Lebron X ASG's. There is usually a fine line between Nike design teams and some of the custom kings like Mache, but these are amateur hour. No real sneakerhead should be excited by this.

Very solid. I'd like to see the inside swoosh getting a themed makeover. One, I hate it and is the sole reason I never copped Xs. 2, it just detracts from the absolute gorgeous makeover if I glance down on them on my feet.... (this is in general)
Also. I'm not falling for fake lite-brite photos of extra glowy soles that is NOT how they truly are. Aside from all that, these customs are STUPID FUCKING DOPE! Nice job

@CF88 I agree but it's that stupid supply and demand economic law shyt, think about if you made this product people would want it at first but they would die out with them on sale racks.
