Nike Sportswear’s Air Solstice disappeared after the ‘Reflective Pack’ arrived at retail last November.  Whether it comes back in that form remains to be seen, but this design with roots in early ’80s Nike Running will most definitely be available soon with another degree of evolution.  The Nike Lunar Solstice Mid SP takes us back to a time almost a decade before All Conditions Gear to a period when the running division had yet to produce a trail shoe in the now traditional style.  The higher cut, pronounced heel counter and supportive but featherweight LunarLon cushion take the Internationalist-based Solstice to a new level, and this blue pair will arrive along with a black counterpart at select NSW retailers this Friday, March 15th.
